About the project:
Argosy’s flagship industrial estate on a 3.5 ha brownfield site in Onehunga’s central industrial precinct: two high-stud warehouses (up to 13 m at the knee) plus 3,400 m² of breezeway, built to a 6 Green Star Industrial standard. With roughly 1,750 rooftop solar panels generating over 1.2 GWh a year, this is one of NZ’s largest rooftop PV installations, alongside 980,000 litres of annual rainwater harvesting, low-carbon concrete and steel, and EV truck-charging capacity. Building B, the first warehouse completed (~4,900 m²), is fully leased.
