About the project:
A landmark redevelopment of Fisher & Paykel’s historic East Tāmaki manufacturing campus. Haydn & Rollett demolished the former refrigeration factory while keeping the live site operating, then delivered a 25,500 m² state-of-the-art distribution centre plus a high-spec office with Glulam timber columns, all handed over three months ahead of schedule. The Green Star 5 designed building earned a Merit at the 2025 Property Council NZ Industrial Property Awards. PFI is now rolling out further stages across the 10 ha estate.
